비정질 합금 변압기 기능
The iron core is wound by non-crystalline alloy strips, and a three-phase five-column or three-phase three-column winding iron core structure is adopted according to the requirements. The iron core cross section is rectangular;the high voltage coil adopts segmented cylindrical coil, which is vacuum-casted with thin insulation sealing.
The large capacity winding has axial air duct, high power frequency resistand voltage, low local discharge, dust prevention and good cooling effect; the low voltage coil adopts laminating coil, which is pre-immersed and hot-cured between layers, which effective solves the insulation imbalance problem when low voltage and large current coils are wound by wires.
